Street Disorder, Homelessness, and Addiction Issues
More than any current candidate, I can say I really have been in the trenches. I have spent years volunteering for Life On Wheels and working with folks on the streets. It is a very complex topic with many moving parts. I understand what council can, and can not do.
Removing Tax Waste
Every politician runs on lowering taxes. I am running on cutting the waste I have watched closely for years at council meetings and sitting on council.
A Thriving Local Economy
Supporting local businesses and farmers, and building an economy that keeps opportunity here. A strong local economy means resilience, community pride, and keeping the character of North Cowichan alive.

I have deep roots in North Cowichan. I have spent years volunteering, attending community meetings, serving a term on council, and working alongside neighbours to solve real problems. I am not a career politician - I am someone who genuinely cares about this place, our home.
My campaign is built on listening first, then acting with purpose. I also have years under my belt attending meetings and reading agendas. I can see wasteful spending and time consistently, and we need to have people who understand the process, and have ways to change the status quo.
